Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, pipe bursts, and water heater malfunctions
- Install and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Operate service vehicles and maintain inventory of plumbing tools/parts
- Complete work orders with detailed documentation and safety compliance
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient emergency routing
- Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing fixtures during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Massachusetts plumbing license (or reciprocal state license)
- OSHA 10 certification required
- Exceptional diagnostic skills for after-hours emergencies
- Strong physical stamina for night shifts and confined spaces
- Clean driving record and valid Class B CDL
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
