Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Respond to emergency calls during night hours with rapid diagnostic capabilities
- Perform pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installations to code standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams for system optimization projects
- Conduct preventative maintenance to prevent costly disruptions
- Document service reports using digital management systems
- Maintain inventory and order specialized plumbing materials
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid California State Plumbing License (C-36)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Advanced knowledge of backflow prevention and water treatment
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure scenarios
- Proficiency with trenchless repair technologies
- Exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
