Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose and resolve emergency plumbing issues during night shifts including leaks, clogs, and burst pipes
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with contractors and property managers for seamless project execution
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes while working independently or in teams
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate client documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience with night shift or 24/7 operations background
- Valid Texas plumbing license or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Expertise in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and water heater installation
- Strong problem-solving abilities with emergency response experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
