Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing systems (drains, water heaters, pipes) during night shifts
- Install fixtures and equipment according to blueprints and safety standards
- Respond to emergency calls with 24/7 availability commitment
- Maintain inventory and service vehicles for optimal efficiency
- Document work orders and maintain client communication logs
- Adhere to EPA guidelines for water conservation and chemical disposal
- Mentor junior plumbers on advanced techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Texas Journeyman Plumber license required
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex system failures
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair methods
- Spanish language skills a plus
