Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night shifts with rapid dispatch and professional troubleshooting
- Install, repair, and maintain water systems, fixtures, pipes, and drainage systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex issues using advanced diagnostic tools and implement effective solutions
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections to prevent future failures
- Manage inventory, order parts, and maintain service vehicle equipment
- Document service reports and communicate with clients regarding repairs and recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Texas plumbing license or Journeyman certification required
- Strong diagnostic skills for water leaks, pipe bursts, and fixture repairs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Proficient in trenchless repair methods and pipe relining technologies
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in confined spaces
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work under pressure
