Responsibilities
- Perform emergency and scheduled plumbing repairs and installations on commercial and residential sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex piping issues, including leaks, blockages, and pressure problems.
- Install, repair, and maintain water heaters, piping systems, and fixtures.
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure all work meets local building codes and safety standards.
- Document all repairs and services accurately in the company management system.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining technical issues clearly to clients.
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Journeyman Plumber License or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Experience working in a night shift or 24/7 service environment is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of copper, PEX, and PVC piping systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
