Responsibilities
- Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems
- Use hand/power tools to cut, thread, and connect pipes
- Perform diagnostic checks for leaks and blockages
- Follow safety protocols and local plumbing codes
- Learn trenchless repair techniques and pipe relining
- Complete work orders with accurate documentation
- Participate in 40 hours/month of paid technical training
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool knowledge
- Reliable transportation to job sites
