Responsibilities
- Perform Basic Plumbing Repairs: Diagnose and fix leaks, unclog drains, and repair water lines under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Install and Maintain Systems: Assist in the installation of pipes, fixtures, and appliances according to blueprints and local codes.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, explain repair options clearly, and ensure job sites are left clean.
- Tool Management: Properly handle, clean, and maintain hand and power tools used in daily operations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Route Management: Efficiently manage travel between job sites and maintain accurate service records.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with no prior experience who are willing to learn and grow within the trade.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a current, valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, work in tight spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with measurements and basic calculations for piping.
- Communication Skills: Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time work, including weekends and occasional emergency calls.
