Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers in installing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Perform basic pipefitting, fixture installation, and leak detection tasks.
- Read and understand blueprints, diagrams, and work orders to complete projects accurately.
- Ensure all work sites are clean, safe, and organized following safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and answer questions.
- Operate hand and power tools, including pipe cutters, wrenches, and soldering equipment.
- Comply with local building codes and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications
- No Prior Experience Required: We are looking for attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to obtain necessary trade licenses (we will assist).
