Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and water heater malfunctions
- Perform pipe fitting, drain cleaning, and fixture replacements
- Read blueprints and follow safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
- Complete service reports and maintain inventory
- Participate in ongoing skills training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train!
- Willingness to obtain plumbing certification within 6 months
- Background check and drug screen required
