Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and pipes
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and customer consultation
- Perform drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, and sewer camera inspections
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes (IPC & UPC)
- Provide accurate quotes and transparent communication to clients
- Collaborate with team members on complex residential/commercial projects
- Maintain clean work areas and company vehicles
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36)
- Strong diagnostic skills for water heaters, garbage disposals, and main lines
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Excellent customer service and time management skills
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends for emergency calls
