Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and water heater failures.
- Install, replace, and maintain piping systems, fixtures, and appliances (sinks, toilets, showers).
- Utilize modern diagnostic tools and video inspection equipment to identify hidden problems.
- Provide accurate cost estimates to customers before starting work.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to manage schedules efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana Journeyman Plumber License (or equivalent certification).
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
- Proven track record of customer service excellence.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Strong understanding of blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Available for on-call shifts and weekend work as required.
