Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and low water pressure.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan installations.
- Ensure all work strictly adheres to local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients and explaining technical details simply.
- Perform preventative maintenance checks to prevent future system failures.
- Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license required.
- Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces, attics, and crawl spaces.
- Reliable personal transportation and valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
