Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Perform diagnostic evaluations to identify plumbing issues
- Operate and maintain plumbing tools and equipment safely
- Follow building codes and safety protocols for all tasks
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Document work performed and inventory used
- Participate in ongoing skills development programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to obtain plumbing certification within 12 months
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools
- Pass background check and drug screening
