Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Learn to interpret blueprints and understand local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Perform basic pipefitting, fixture installation, and leak detection under close supervision.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and project timelines.
- Utilize hand and power tools to perform precise measurements and cuts.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – We are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to work in various environments, including crawl spaces, attics, and outdoors.
- Must possess physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work on feet for long periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material needs.
- A clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check.
