Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and regulations
- Perform emergency plumbing services during/after hours
- Manage inventory and order necessary plumbing materials
- Train junior plumbers on best practices and safety protocols
- Prepare detailed service reports for clients and management
Qualifications
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36) required
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair, hydro-jetting, and backflow prevention
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong problem-solving and customer communication skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to travel between San Francisco and Illinois sites
