Responsibilities
- Diagnostic & Repair: Troubleshoot and resolve residential/commercial plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Installation Projects: Install water heaters, garbage disposals, and full plumbing systems for new constructions
- Emergency Response: Handle weekend emergency calls with 24-hour on-call rotation
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work meets California plumbing codes and safety standards
- Customer Relations: Provide transparent estimates and maintain professional client communication
- Equipment Maintenance: Service and maintain company vehicles and plumbing tools
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Licensing: Valid California Plumber's License (C-36)
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Tools: Personal plumbing toolkit and reliable transportation
- Certifications: Backflow prevention certification preferred
- Background: Clean driving record and drug-free workplace compliance
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities
