Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs on weekends (leaks, clogs, water heater failures)
- Install and repair residential plumbing fixtures and systems
- Conduct pipefitting, drain cleaning, and sewer line inspections
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain inventory
- Adhere to all safety codes and company protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient routing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Texas plumbing license or apprentice certification
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Reliable transportation and tools
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-6PM)
- Background check and drug screening required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
