Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing systems (pipes, drains, fixtures) during weekend shifts
- Install water heaters, garbage disposals, and pipe networks per local codes
- Respond to emergency calls within 2-hour response windows
- Perform preventative maintenance on commercial plumbing systems
- Prepare detailed service reports and invoice customers
- Maintain clean, organized work vehicles and toolkits
- Train weekend apprentices on advanced techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid North Carolina plumbing license (Journeyman/Master)
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 6 AM - 10 PM)
- Hydrojetting and camera inspection certification
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex pipe issues
- Customer-focused communication abilities
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
