Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment in residential/commercial settings
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and recommend cost-effective solutions
- Perform emergency weekend calls for burst pipes, leaks, and drainage failures
- Ensure all work complies with DC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate weekend service schedules and resource allocation
- Provide detailed estimates and invoices for plumbing services rendered
- Maintain inventory of plumbing supplies and tools for weekend operations
Qualifications
- Valid DC plumbing license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Expertise in pipefitting, fixture installation, and system troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of DC plumbing codes and municipal regulations
