Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform emergency weekend service calls for urgent repairs
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards
- Inspect plumbing systems during renovations and new constructions
- Maintain accurate service logs and customer documentation
- Provide cost estimates for plumbing repairs and installations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid New York State Plumbing License (Master Plumber preferred)
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Excellent customer communication and problem-solving abilities
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
