Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment
- Diagnose and resolve pipe leaks, clogs, water heater malfunctions, and sewer issues
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance for commercial/clients
- Collaborate with team members on large-scale plumbing renovation projects
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide emergency weekend services during after-hours and weekend calls
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate inventory records
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Tennessee plumbing license or equivalent certification
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools, pipefitting, and trenchless technology
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy equipment and confined space work
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent customer service communication and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
