Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve complex pipe, fixture, and drainage issues
- Perform emergency weekend repairs with rapid response protocols
- Inspect plumbing systems and provide detailed reports/recommendations
- Ensure compliance with NYC plumbing codes and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members for seamless project execution
- Manage inventory and order necessary plumbing materials
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid New York State Plumber's License (Master/Journeyman)
- Proficiency in trenchless sewer repair and water heater systems
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Physical stamina for confined space work and heavy lifting
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of NYC plumbing codes and regulations
