Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools
- Execute weekend emergency service calls with rapid response protocols
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Perform preventative maintenance on water heaters, boilers, and sewage systems
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety procedures
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of plumbing materials
Qualifications
- Valid plumbing license in NY or VA (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting technologies
- OSHA 10 certification or equivalent safety training
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure weekend scenarios
- Strong diagnostic skills for water pressure, drainage, and gas line issues
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
