Responsibilities
- Install and repair residential plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and customer consultation
- Perform preventative maintenance checks on plumbing equipment
- Ensure all work complies with Ohio plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide clear communication with homeowners about repairs and options
- Collaborate with team members to complete weekend service calls efficiently
- Maintain clean workspaces and professional vehicle inventory
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required - we provide paid training!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays with occasional weekday availability
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Basic hand tool knowledge or willingness to learn
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to obtain Ohio plumbing license within 6 months
