Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance under supervision
- Diagnose plumbing issues using digital inspection tools
- Install and repair water heaters, faucets, and drainage systems
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Complete digital service reports and inventory management
- Collaborate with senior technicians to solve complex problems
- Participate in ongoing skills development workshops
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – we provide all training!
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Charlotte
- Willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for digital reporting
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety
