Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs, including leak detection, pipe repair, and fixture installation.
- Clear clogged drains and toilets using state-of-the-art equipment and traditional tools.
- Install and service water heaters, boilers, and HVAC systems (basic knowledge required).
- Respond to emergency service calls promptly and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all local safety codes and regulations.
- Document work orders and communicate job progress effectively with dispatch and clients.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) and work in tight, confined spaces.
- Strong desire to learn the plumbing trade with a willingness to obtain necessary certifications.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with clients.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
