Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform emergency weekend service calls for urgent leaks/burst pipes
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order plumbing supplies/equipment
- Train junior plumbers on best practices and safety protocols
- Maintain detailed service records and customer communication logs
Qualifications
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36 classification)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification required
- Strong diagnostic skills for water heater/boiler systems
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
