Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and camera inspections
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe fitting, fixture replacements, and water heater services
- Adhere to safety protocols and local plumbing codes (IPC/Nashville amendments)
- Provide exceptional customer service and detailed service reports
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient scheduling and emergency calls
- Maintain inventory and cleanliness of company vehicle/tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience with valid Tennessee Journeyman license
- Expertise in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Ability to work weekends (Fri-Sun) and occasional overtime
- Physical stamina for lifting 50+ lbs and working in confined spaces
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
