Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and camera inspections
- Coordinate with contractors and homeowners for seamless project execution
- Ensure compliance with Arizona plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Perform preventative maintenance on water heaters, pipes, and fixtures
- Manage inventory and submit accurate service reports
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience (commercial preferred)
- Valid Arizona Plumbing Journeyman license
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex system failures
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and valid Class C license
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair technologies
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
