Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and inspection methods
- Adhere to Seattle plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for projects
- Provide exceptional customer service and detailed project reports
- Collaborate with team members on large-scale plumbing renovations
- Maintain clean work sites and proper waste disposal protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience with Washington state license
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Experience with commercial plumbing systems preferred
