Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced tools and provide accurate estimates
- Ensure compliance with local DC plumbing codes and safety standards
- Manage emergency calls and after-hours plumbing services
- Mentor junior technicians and maintain service quality

Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid DC plumbing license or reciprocal state certification
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic abilities and problem-solving skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
