Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools
- Adhere to California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Perform trenchless pipe rehabilitation and hydro-jetting services
- Collaborate with project managers for efficient scheduling and client communication
- Maintain accurate service reports and inventory management
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36)
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification
- Proficiency in pipefitting, welding, and backflow prevention
- Clean driving record with valid Class C driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
