Responsibilities
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water systems in residential/commercial buildings
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and water supply systems
- Adhere to local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with contractors and homeowners on renovation projects
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory management
- Train apprentices on industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Washington State plumbing license (Journeyman level)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina for confined space work and lifting 50+ lbs
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Background check and drug screening required
