Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and industry-leading techniques
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes during installations and repairs
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of service calls
- Perform preventative maintenance to extend system lifespans and prevent emergencies
- Maintain detailed service records and inventory of parts used
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid New York State plumbing license required
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic abilities for complex pipe and fixture issues
- Experience with trenchless technology and hydro-jetting equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license with clean record
