Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems efficiently.
- Install new piping, fixtures, and water heaters according to local codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent costly breakdowns.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and provide estimates.
- Ensure all work sites are cleaned up and left in pristine condition.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber License in the state of Ohio.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in tight, confined spaces.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
