Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose and resolve pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
- Read blueprints and ensure compliance with local plumbing codes
- Perform water heater installations and sewer line inspections
- Collaborate with contractors to coordinate renovation projects
- Maintain inventory of tools and materials for job efficiency
- Document work orders and maintain client communication
Qualifications
- Michigan state Journeyman Plumber license required
- 3+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in pipefitting, welding, and drain cleaning
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
