Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Install water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems
- Perform drain cleaning and sewer line inspections
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order necessary plumbing supplies
- Provide excellent customer service and detailed project estimates
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Washington State plumbing license required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair technologies
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
