Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and technical expertise
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe repairs, fixture installations, and water heater services
- Adhere to safety protocols and local plumbing codes/regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication and professional demeanor
- Collaborate with team members on complex projects and emergency calls
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory of materials
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional plumbing experience required
- Valid Tennessee plumbing license or equivalent certification
- Strong diagnostic skills for residential and commercial systems
- Proficiency with trenchless technologies and pipe rehabilitation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Background check and drug screen required
- Experience with digital service dispatch systems preferred
