Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pipe failures using advanced diagnostic tools
- Install water heaters, boilers, and filtration systems per code requirements
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service calls
- Collaborate with project managers on large-scale renovations
- Maintain accurate service logs and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with DC plumbing codes and safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid DC plumbing license (Master or Journeyman level)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends/on-call for emergency services
