Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using inspection tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Perform pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation/removal
- Ensure all work complies with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with contractors and property managers for seamless project execution
- Maintain detailed service records and inventory of materials
- Provide emergency plumbing services during on-call rotations
Qualifications
- Valid California plumbing license or equivalent certification
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Proficiency in pipefitting, drain clearing, and water heater repair
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong problem-solving and customer communication skills
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Flexibility for weekend/evening emergency calls
