Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Perform basic pipe cutting, threading, and fitting under direct supervision.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Learn to identify various pipe materials, fittings, and common plumbing codes.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods on various surfaces.
- Basic math skills for measuring, calculating, and reading blueprints.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong desire to learn the trade and obtain state licensing.
- No prior plumbing experience necessary; we value attitude over experience.
