As a key member of our Quantum Innovation Division, you'll lead the development of fault-tolerant quantum processors and hybrid quantum-classical algorithms. Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures with 1000+ qubit capabilities
- Develop error-correction protocols for practical quantum advantage
- Create hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Drive quantum algorithm optimization for real-world industrial problems
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Proven track record of developing quantum algorithms for commercial applications
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures and parallel processing
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Ability to obtain Q clearance (US citizenship required)
