Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm development and hardware integration
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant design principles
- Familiarity with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
