Responsibilities

- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum protocols targeting 2026 technological milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Optimize quantum coherence times and gate fidelity in cryogenic environments
- Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable engineering specifications
- Secure patents for novel quantum computing architectures and methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, color codes)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical high-performance computing
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals/conferences
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ, or D-Wave)
- Strong background in superconducting qubit systems or trapped-ion technologies
- Certification in quantum information theory and quantum machine learning
