Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit stability and error correction
- Present quarterly research findings to C-suite and venture partners
- Manage $2M+ annual research budget and vendor partnerships
- Drive open-source contributions to the quantum computing community
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conferences
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
