Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing R&D with published results
- Expertise in quantum error correction and algorithm optimization
- Proven track record of securing government or corporate research funding
- Strong proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
