Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop quantum software frameworks compatible with leading hardware platforms
- Conduct experimental validation of quantum protocols using proprietary quantum simulators
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals and present at international quantum conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation in quantum error correction techniques
- Collaborate with industry partners to identify practical quantum computing applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, or IonQ)
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and publish high-impact research
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts to stakeholders
