Core Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, defining key milestones and deliverables.
- Conduct deep-dive horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to integrate future trends into current product cycles.
- Manage cross-functional initiatives focused on sustainability and scalability.
- Present complex strategic data to C-level executives and board members with clarity and impact.
- Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks associated with long-term market volatility.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
- Proven track record of leading long-term strategic initiatives and delivering measurable results.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics, market research, and scenario modeling tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Python).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Green Energy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and innovative environment.
