Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 corporate strategy, including annual operating plans and long-term vision.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (Product, Engineering, Sales) to align departmental goals with the overarching 2026 roadmap.
- Perform rigorous financial forecasting, scenario modeling, and ROI analysis to assess business viability.
- Present complex strategic insights and recommendations to the C-suite and Board of Directors.
- Drive organizational change management initiatives to ensure strategic alignment across all levels.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful long-term strategic plans in a high-growth environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable, high-level insights.
- Strong communication skills with the proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product roadmapping is a plus.
